Saigontourist Group Culinary Culture Festival 2025 is organized by Saigontourist Group, featuring the participation of 4- and 5-star hotels, resorts, and restaurants within the Saigontourist Group network across Ho Chi Minh City and various provinces nationwide.
In addition, the event welcomes the participants of prestigious partners and representatives from renowned local culinary brands, coming together to create a diverse and vibrant “feast for the senses.”
This is a flagship event in a series of programs and celebrations held by Saigontourist Group to mark major national holidays in Ho Chi Minh City and to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Saigontourist Group's establishment and development (August 1, 1975 – August 1, 2025).

Organized by Saigontourist Group, Saigontourist Group Culinary Culture, Delicacies Festival is the largest-scale culinary and cultural event in Vietnam and is honored to have received prestigious awards from the World Culinary Awards. The festival proudly earned the title of “Asia’s Best Culinary Festival” for three consecutive years (2022, 2023, 2024), and was further recognized as the “World’s Best Culinary Festival” for two consecutive years (2023, 2024).
This year, the opening of the Van Thanh Metro Line, offers convenient access for visitors attending the festival. As a result, attendees can enter the event through two main gates: Điện Biên Phủ Street or the Văn Thánh Metro Station entrance.
Thanks to the strong appeal of the festival, a lot of domestic and international guests had already pre-registered and purchased tickets even before the event officially opened.

A Record-Breaking Showcase of Over 600 Vietnamese Delicacies
Saigontourist Group Culinary Culture Festival 2025 has surpassed all previous editions in terms of scale and diversity, featuring over 600 selected and refined dishes and beverages from across three regions of Vietnam. These culinary creations represent the richness of local ingredients, traditions, and regional specialties.
Northern Vietnamese cuisine captivates visitors with iconic dishes such as Bún Thang (vermicelli soup with shredded chicken and egg), Chả Cá Lã Vọng (grilled turmeric fish), Thanh Trì steamed rice rolls, West Lake shrimp cakes, Hanoi-style grilled pork with noodles (Bún Chả), spicy Hai Phong crab noodle soup, Sticky rice cakes from Hung Yen Gau Village, and Lang Son Pho...

A Culinary Journey Through Central and Southern Vietnam and the Highlands
The Central region offers many time-honored specialties such as Hội An Cao Lầu, Mi Quang with chicken and young eggs, Cầu Mống grilled veal from Quang Nam; Nam Pho thick noodle soup, rice and baby clam noodles from Vi village, and the legendary “Am Phu” rice, a 100-year-old specialty of Hue. Guests can also savor Thanh Chuong pickled jackfruit from Nghe An, brown rice noodle soup from Quang Binh, salt-baked Cua chicken from Quang Tri, duck-filled sizzling pancakes, and Bun Tha noodle salad from Phan Thiet.
Southern Vietnamese cuisine is also vibrant and diverse, ranging from the street food of Saigon, the rustic charm of the Mekong Delta, and the tropical specialties of Ben Tre, Tay Ninh, and Long An, to the distinctive island flavors of Phu Quoc and Con Dao. Adding to the unique are creative dishes and beverages inspired by Vietnam Airlines' in-flight menus.
The festival also features an extraordinary showcase of rare and exotic highland dishes, such as smoked buffalo meat, grilled fish skewers from Ba Be Lake, hill pork grilled in Mac Mat leaves, Cao Bang corn pancakes, Trung Khanh chestnut cakes, Quản Bạ Thắng Cố (highland stew), buffalo sausage, Pa Pỉnh Tộp (charcoal-grilled whole fish), fire-roasted mountain pork, Phu Tho simmered palm fruit, Lo River grilled pork patties, Central Highlands bamboo-grilled pork, and the iconic Kon Tum leaf salad with over 60 kinds of local herbs.
The rich flavors of the borderlands are also represented through unique offerings like Mong Cai braised pork belly and salt-baked Tien Yen chicken with aromatic pepper leaves.

A Taste of Home for Overseas Vietnamese
For those far from home, the festival introduces beloved rustic dishes that evoke fond memories, such as "Tret" rice rolls (served on a traditional platter) from Binh Dinh, Chợ Huyen spring rolls, stir-fried don with rice crackers from Quang Ngai, Ninh Hoa grilled pork rolls, fish eyes cooked in coconut water with sâm bố chính from Phu Yen, hẹ fish cake noodle soup from Phu Yen, Hue grilled pork rolls (Nem Lụi), and a variety of snacks from Da Lat. The "street food" section in the village market area will serve sticky rice dishes from mobile carts and sweet desserts from traditional bamboo chairs.
Following last year’s success, this year’s festival will feature expanded competitions, including categories for the Best-Decorated Booth, Top 10 Must-Try Dishes, Top 10 Regional Specialties, and Top 10 Signature Beverages. The judging criteria emphasize not only the taste and presentation but also the authenticity of local flavors.
Cultural activities, arts, traditional craft villages and folk games
In addition to the culinary delights, visitors will also experience the festive atmosphere filled with the rich cultural identity of Vietnam’s three regions. At the main gate area, between 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM, 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM, 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM, and 7:30 PM - 8:00 PM, various cultural performances will take place, such as traditional bamboo dance, monkey dance (or Gong performances), Sao Xoe dance, bamboo dancing, and flute performances.
The Cam Chuong Restaurant area will host the event “Vietnamese Culinary Excellence Reaching Global Heights,” with the Majestic Saigon Hotel chef showcasing Pho and a collection of Pho-inspired dishes from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM on March 28th. The “Green Cuisine” segment will highlight delicious, healthy, and environmentally friendly dishes, crafted by the Rex Saigon Hotel chef, and will take place from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM on March 29th.

Cultural Performances and Activities
At the Bằng Lăng Restaurant and Water Puppet Stage area, from 5:00 PM to 8:20 PM, there will be artistic vegetable carving, traditional water puppet performances, and bartender art performances.
At the Highland Market area – Gong performances from the Central Highlands, from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM, there will be various activities including highland market stalls, Central Highlands gong performances, stone lute music, Sao Xoe dance, and monkey dance.
In the Southern region, from 3:30 PM to 8:45 PM, the festival will feature performances of Đờn ca tài tử (traditional Southern music), bluefin tuna cutting and cooking demonstrations, and lotto games. In the crafts village and folk cake village, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, there will be performances and interactive experiences for visitors to try their hand at making rice noodles, pottery, wooden clogs, and paper fans.
Additionally, the festival will feature monkey dances, Đờn ca tài tử, stilt walking, rice cooking races, gong performances, and street circus magic performances in parades during 6:15 PM - 6:30 PM.

Visitors should also not miss the folk games area, where they can participate in activities like lotto, pinata hitting, ring tossing, ball throwing, chess, and Chinese chess, with plenty of exciting prizes to win!
Impressive cultural Attraction
This year’s festival features two notable attractions: the Highland Longhouse area and the “On the Wharf, Under the Boat” cultural space. The Western Highland Longhouse area regularly hosts gong performances by a talented ensemble of gong artisans from Kon Tum. The Gong Culture of the Central Highlands was recognized by UNESCO in 2005 as a Masterpiece of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity.
Designed against the picturesque backdrop of the Van Thanh Tourist Area's serene waters, the “On the Wharf, Under the Boat” scene enchants visitors with romantic ho đối đáp (folk songs) performed by charming young couples dressed in Bà Ba outfits and checkered scarves, while showcasing floating markets, a quintessential feature of the Mekong Delta region.

Bringing Saigontourist Group Culinary Culture, Delicacies Festival "overseas"
According to Mr. Phạm Huy Bình, Chairman of Saigontourist Group, after successfully organizing Saigontourist Group Culinary Culture, Delicacies Festival in previous years, Saigontourist Group plans to take this event go abroad to serve overseas Vietnamese and international visitors, as well as promote tourism in Ho Chi Minh City and Vietnam.
The international version of Saigontourist Group Culinary Culture, Delicacies Festival is set to participate in the Japan Expo 2025 in Osaka, expected to take place in June 2025, followed by the Vietnam Pho Festival 2025 in collaboration with Tuoi Tre Newspaper, which will be held in Singapore in September 2025.
