Special discounts are offered for early ticket purchases before December 16, including a 20% discount for hotel staff, a 15% discount for guests staying at the hotel and travel company guests, and a 10% discount for other attendees. Guests can join the Countdown Party, scheduled from 10:30pm, to 00:30 a.m, for VND499,000. The artistic fireworks display will be presented in accordance with the city’s plan.
