The Food and Culture Festival 2023 is on the horizon and set to display over 350 dishes and drinks, highlighting the culinary essences of three regions in Vietnam. As the largest of its kind this year, the event promises to offer diners an array of thrilling experiences and a comprehensive overview of Vietnam’s cuisine.

The “Food and Culture Festival 2023” by Saigontourist Group will take place four consecutive days, from April 20 to 23, 2023, at Van Thanh Tourist Village in HCMC. Saigontourist Group’s four-and five-star restaurants, hotels, and resorts in HCMC and other localities will showcase over 350 distinctive dishes and drinks, honoring the culinary culture of the three regions.

 Along with 40 booths with experienced chefs from the Saigontourist Group, the event will be attended by representatives from Vietnam Airlines and other units in Ben Tre and Tay Ninh provinces. Moreover, it will also showcase traditional handicrafts associated with cuisine, unique traditional art performances, and folk games.

With a vast collection of dishes and drinks, culinary experts from Saigontourist Group have temporarily classified them into several main categories. Guests attending the festival can enhance their culinary experience by choosing the one they are most interested in exploring.

The Food and Culture Festival 2023 by Saigontourist Group will be open from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. for four consecutive days, April 20 to 23, at Van Thanh Tourist Village. Additional lunch service will be provided from 10 a.m. to 2p.m. on April 22 and 23. Any guests who want to join the festival will have to buy tickets at the gates. The ticket price is VND200,000 per adult, while children under 1,4m meters tall can enter free of charge. Especially a special discount of 10% on tickets are offered for early birds directly at the counter before 5 p.m. on April 17, 2023. The number of discounted tickets sold in advance is limited.
