Saigontourist Hospitality College (STHC), is the leading prestigious tourism vocational training institution in Vietnam, not only training staff within the Saigontourist Group but also the tourism human resources of Ho Chi Minh City as well as the entire country via training programs at the school according to the needs of businesses and localities. The school associates with 4-5 star hotels in the Saigontourist Group system and partners to create the most favorable conditions for students to improve the quality of their practice in a practical hands-on environment according to industry standards. In addition, STHC has also expanded cooperation with leading partners specializing in tourism training around the world.
Saigontourist Hospitality College was established on September 15, 1989. Initially created as a Basic Tourism and Hospitality School, the school grew to become the Tourism and Hospitality of Saigon Tourism Corporation under the Decision No. 2211 / QDUB NCVX of May 2, 1996 of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.
In 1997, with the funding from the Luxembourg government, the school was upgraded and with improved facilities and technical equipment that was commensurate with the importance of a national center specializing in tourism and hotel training in Vietnam.
